General Information

​

  • Places on all courses are limited. They will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
     

  • Parents ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in the sporting activities and accordingly you accept all risks resulting from participation in the course.
     

  • The Club reserves the right to change a participant's course if he/she is found to be under/over age for the registered course. In case the change in course cannot be accommodated due to course capacities the participant can choose to have the fee credited towards their next course or transfer to another person.
     

  • The Club can change a participant to a different group according to the coach’s criteria and assessment.
     

  • Any requests for change of course will not be possible if the course required is already full. The notice should be given at least 1 week in advance.
     

  • We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all children attending our courses. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove from our courses/activities, any child or parent/guardian found bullying, misbehaving, or generally being disruptive.
     

  • All courses, activities, venues, and arrangements are subject to change according to programming and a satisfactory level of numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any courses and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason.
     

  • We do not allow any video or other filming or recording equipment on courses and accordingly neither you nor the participant may record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at the course. You may take still photographs or videos at times indicated by us within the program schedule, provided that they are only used for private purposes.
     

  • You agree to grant to us the worldwide right in perpetuity, without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photographic or video image or likeness for our reasonable commercial purposes.
     

  • To the extent permitted by law and subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance contract, the Club shall not have any liability for any bodily injury, physical loss or physical damage that can occur to any Parent/s and Player/s during the transport from and to the matches and training sessions.

Code of Conduct

​

  • Parent/s and Students agree to maintain and exercise courtesy at all times while on the Academy’s premises and while interacting with Staff and other Parents and Students.

Contact Information

​

  • Parent/s agrees to inform the Admissions Office of any changes to their contact details, ensuring that they can be reached at any time via email and telephone. All students enrolled in the program should be under the care of the authorized guardian and should not be residing independently.

Admission and Entry to the Club

​

  • Registration and Admission: Applicants will be considered as candidates for admission and entry to the Club when the Registration Form has been completed and the course fee paid. Admission will be subject to the availability of a place and the participant and parents satisfying the admission requirements at the time.
     

  • The offer of a Place Payment Fee: When Parents accept the offer of a place they will be required to pay the fees either per term or per season.  All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment. Application by phone will not be accepted.

Refunds

​

  • In the event of terminating enrollment in mid-term/ mid-season after opting for full season installment payment option, term fee will be charged, and remaining unattended sessions/ term will be refunded. No refund/ credit will be provided from the 5th week before ending the season.
     

  • No makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes/ public holiday (s). Refunds on the medical ground will be applicable if the sickness/ injury prevents the student from sessions for more than 1 month provided a Medical Certificate is presented. Refunds and transfer will only be accepted if the participant is relocating to another country (with proof) and the missed sessions are for more than 1 month. No refund will be provided for logistical issues, change in schedule e.g., reducing no. of sessions, etc.
     

  • Refund/ credit should be utilized within the ongoing season itself. Unused refund/ credit will not be carried forward towards the following season.
     

  • Parent/s agree to inform the Club Admissions Office in writing if they intend to withdraw the student from the school for any reason and should provide at least thirty (30) days' notice to allow for documentation and applicable refunds to be prepared.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver

​

  • I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.
     

  • I further acknowledge that the Club has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
     

  • I further acknowledge that the Club can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others.
     

  • I voluntarily seek services provided by the Club and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.


I attest that:

 

  • I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
     

  • I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and have not yet been cleared as non-contagious by health authorities.
     

  • I am following all recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
     

  • I hereby release and agree to hold the Club harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the salon, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from the Club. I understand that this release discharges the Club from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the Club with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from the Club.
